As coaches, we help teachers work through obstacles and challenges as they implement new technology or strategies. Using Design Thinking, coaches can design real, effective solutions for their teachers. In this session, learn the steps of the Design Thinking process and how to apply those steps in instructional coaching. Attendees will approach a challenge as a designer and work through a design activity that can be taken and put into practice immediately. Attendees will walk away with ideas to develop or enhance their own coaching model.
