Giving Feedback: Instruction and Data

During the session, participants will walk through the specific steps in creating a Google Form that provides teachers with immediate feedback. Participants will learn how to run autoCrat, a Google add-on, to provide teachers with a PDF and/or Google Doc with immediate feedback from their observation. The session provides participants with hands-on opportunities to see how our school uses this format for observation feedback, data review meetings, and even discipline referrals. This can also be used for teachers to provide immediate feedback to students! *Bonus: Participants will see how we clearly communicate to our staff on a weekly basis so they know what to expect from the weekly learning walk focus.
